Quilting Bee, 2008-10 traveled to Ohio Art League, Junctionview Studio, Kent State University, High Street in the Short North, Columbus Arts Festival and the Ohio State Fair. 350 people participated sewing and leaving their signature in this community quilt. The project was an experiment in sharing and collaboration between strangers through a shared act and purpose. The Urban Quilting Bee Project had been extended into libraries across Columbus as quilting bee workshops.
